Chemical Dispersants

Which is more toxic, the oil or the dispersants?
When they drop it in a mist form, how are they sure its going to land when they planned it to, with the wind and all?
Why would they stop one problem by causing another?

    We said in class that the dispersants were 4x more toxic.

    There is such a big mass of oil some of it is bound to land in the oil.

    They are only doing it to get rid of the clearly visible oil by using the dispersants. As soon as the oilnis gone they think they are off the hook.
